Join the Facebook Event HERE Register your team HERE $100 Entry Fee Check-in/Load In will start at 6:00 AM & we will have 2 turn-in times. *Noon PM Chicken *12:30 PM Ribs -----No Garnish---- Turn-In Boxes will be provided There will be Trophies and Ribbons for: Grand Champion! Reserve Grand Champion Chicken - 1st thru 5th Place! Ribs - 1st thru 5th Place! Other Prizes for top finishers too! Things to Remember: - Trimming your meats before you arrive is perfectly ok but DO NOT Season, Brine or Inject your meats before arriving and having your meat inspected! Always keep your meats on ice or refrigerated - a minimum of 6 pieces of each per box for Turn-Ins! - We will be doing chicken and ribs. Teams will need to provide their own Chicken and Ribs for this event. We will have Certified BBQ Judges to give you scores and feedback. - Hooper City is going to provide some great prizes for the event! Plus we will have trophies for Grand Champion, - Reserve Grand Champion & 1st thru 5th Place in the 2 Categories. - This year is limited to the first 20 teams for sign ups. - Thank you all and hope to see you guys there.
