Paper Entries need to be received by Hooper City offices or emailed to hooper4dbarrelrace@gmail.com by July 29th to be in the draw. It's going to be a fun day at a pretty arena with shade, trees, grass, and a playground. Concessions will be available! Please make sure to read all the rules and sign the attached waiver. Fees must be paid in cash and no refunds will be be made for any reason.
